I've been there since 1pm and there's a note on the door written I'll be back soon, lunch time is closed with no time to return, lack of information I didn't know which bank closed for lunch

It was horrible, terrible service, I went there when I was 8 months pregnant and it was full, I asked an employee about the preferential rate and he was super rude and said that they don't have that there, so I said: but it's the law and there's a little sign over there informing the preferential and then the man said: if you want assistance, go to the end of the queue, if you can't leave because there is no preferential service here. I got out of there very badly.
